Greeting from the Chamber, this is to inform you that we received a letter by the Council of Saudi Chambers (ش.ق/4078), dated (25/12/1434) to address the Vice Ministry of labor letter no. (1/8/1/22818) date (9/12/1434), which referred to the Royal Decree No. (2456) dated (29/6/1434), containing the approved escorts for regular migrant workers an alternative recruitment from abroad, if there was no Saudi candidate to fill in according to the lists available to the Ministry of labor.
According to the Organization of work of the escorts for regular labor in Saudi Arabia in the Ministry of labor, in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior to order the enforcement of private enterprises wishing to benefit from the escorts for posts available to transfer their services to systematically in accordance with the established regulations. The Ministry of labor in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior to start joint inspection campaign commencing 1 January 1435 in accordance with the High Holy guidance in this regard.
